A Property manager can handle so many issues including maintenance issues, marketing the property to find the right tenant at the highest rental income rate. A property manager can make sure your property does not sit vacant. They also will perform move in and move out inspections. Most landlords (full disclosure, we are not accountants), may be able to deduct property management fees on their taxes. There are so many other services that for a small fee (we charge 8% per month of the rent) to handle so many services.
