Northern Virginia real estate market is still rolling!!! However, what is it really doing?
Typically during the Spring months we have a good amount of inventory and homes get multiple bids and people are outbidding one another.
Where are the buyers and where are the sellers right now????
The buyers are there but not in the numbers we are used to seeing. Many are still in lock down and staying at home.
Many of the sellers are not willing to let strangers into the house, YET!!! Our inventory is about 35% from Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William County and Stafford.
I firmly believe that with forthcoming record low interest rates, our Spring Market will become a Summer Market for the first time in years.
