1.Intrest rates should drop between 5.5% – 6.25%
2. Averrage home price in northern Virginia will increase 7-10% (as they did in 2024)
3. Multiple offers on each home- this means waving home inspections, finacing and appraisals ( In some cases )
4. More inventory available vs 2024
5. Rental prices to stablize
