Low inventory, record low interest rates, low unemployment and more jobs coming with Amazon HQ2 means that our market should continue to boom.
Another difference between 2005 and 2021 is that every buyer now is qualified for a mortgage with fixed rate loans…..there are no “No Document loans” or “Interest Only” which will keep the market stable.
For those in this market that may have problems paying their home, they should have enough equity for the last few years to sell and avoid short sale or foreclosure.
