Clarendon

Clarendon is well known in the area for its eclectic mix of unique shops, trendy bars, and small restaurants, it is considered to be “the hippest spot north of Richmond and south of the Potomac” by the Washington Post. This city is defined by its luxury apartments, townhouses, and retail chain stores and restaurants that make up its landscape. You can walk, bike, metro, or even drive to almost everywhere in Clarendon with little to no trouble. In recent years it has become the place to live for recent college grads and young business men and women.

Clarendon is host to several local and county- wide events like Arlington’s Neighbourhood Day parade, a Mardi Gras parade, Tax Blues Night and Clarendon Day. It features a farmers market in Central Park on Wednesday afternoons from springtime until mid-December that the locals love. Clarendon is located right outside of DC making it a quick commute by car and Metro (Orange and Sliver Lines).
